INSURED PRODUCTS

We partner with best-in-class carriers in the insurance industry to offer supplemental benefits that provide flexibility to meet the needs and budget for target markets of our contracted agencies and association groups. These insured benefits may be complemented with an assortment of non-insured programs such as patient advocacy services, telemedicine, telehealth and more to help members save on out-of-pocket expenses.

Short-Term Medical Insurance -

Short-Term Medical insurance may be an appropriate solution for those looking for Health Insurance coverage during transitional periods in their lives and fills in the gap in coverage until a longer-term solution can be selected. Short-Term Medical Insurance typically includes coverage for hospitalization and professional health services after either co-pays or deductibles and coinsurance have been met and can help bridge the gap in coverage to protect against medical bills that arise from unexpected health changes or emergencies during a lapse in permanent coverage.

Short-Term Medical Insurance is ideal if you are:

  • Someone who is unable to apply for Affordable Care Act (ACA) coverage because they missed Open Enrollment and don’t qualify for Special Enrollment,
  • Waiting for your ACA coverage to start
  • Temporarily Unemployed
  • Recent graduates who aren't covered by their parents' plan

Short-Term Medical Insurance Disclosure

Short-Term Medical Insurance coverage is not required to comply with certain federal market requirements for Health Insurance, principally those contained in the Affordable Care Act. Be sure to review the exclusions or limitations regarding coverage of preexisting conditions or health benefits. Short-Term Medical Insurance plans have a pre-existing limitation provision that may prevent coverage from applying to medical conditions that existed prior to the plan’s effective date.

Limited Medical -

Limited medical insurance offers affordable benefits designed for individuals and families who need basic, routine wellness coverage or expanded coverage to help address day-to-day health care expenses. A limited medical plan can help fill the gaps or holes of an existing high-deductible Health Insurance plan or other Major Medical Insurance. A Limited Benefit Medical plan is NOT a comprehensive Major Medical plan, nor is it intended to replace a Major Medical plan. The plan is intended to provide members, and their covered dependents, with basic insurance coverage that is capped at specific amounts for specific services.

Accident & Sickness -

Accident and Sickness Insurance provides cash benefits to help cover basic and minor medical expenses incurred from a hospital stay due to an accident or illness. An Accident & Sickness Insurance plan can help supplement the coverage provided by an existing high-deductible Health Insurance plan or other Major Medical Insurance.

Accident Expense -

Accident Only Insurance helps cover unexpected medical expenses not covered by an existing Major Medical plan after meeting a small deductible. Coverage may also include a one-time, fixed benefit in the event of a covered Accidental Death or Dismemberment.

Cancer, Heart Attack, and Stroke-

Cancer, Heart Attack, and Stroke Insurance (also referred to sometimes as Limited Specified Disease Insurance) provides a lump-sum benefit to help offset the high costs incurred at the onset or diagnosis of a covered specified disease, such as cancer, heart attack, or stroke. This plan is uniquely designed for members who seek protection for out-of-pocket costs against certain major illnesses.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment -

Death or other life-changing injuries resulting from an accident can have devastating financial repercussions. Accident Death & Dismemberment Insurance provides members with a measure of financial security, offering cash benefits in the event of death or specific dismemberment, such as the loss of a limb or vital body function like speech or hearing, as the result of a covered accident.

Prescription Drug -

This insurance offers a generic-only or a generic/preferred brand plan level with co-pay benefits. Prescription fills and refills are processed in real-time at the point-of-purchase at over 56,000 pharmacies nationwide.

Some plans include child and adult orthodontia benefits.
