If you believe we have fallen short of these commitments, we urge you to notify our Compliance Department, to initiate an investigation and rectify any problems that are found. Strata takes all complaints seriously. Your report will be handled confidentially to the greatest extent possible. Our company also maintains a strict non-retaliation policy that protects anyone submitting a report in good faith from reprisal due to the complaint.
